Salman Khan: Bollywood celebs praise the actor

Bobby Deol was last seen in the movie 'Yamla Pagla Deewana 3' which did decent business at the box office. The actor enjoyed undivided attention and stardom in the '90s and went into hibernation after that. He revealed recently that in spite of possessing good acting skills, he was not being offered films.

Bobby admitted that he took the concept of fitness lightly and his wife insisted that he keep himself in shape as he should be prepared for anything and that work can come his way anytime.

While he was going through the low phase of his career, he said that it was Salman Khan who motivated him to keep going. He also revealed that Salman went out an extra mile and got his personal trainer to work on him. Bobby also feels that it has now got people talking as he is being recognized for his work.

The actor has been grabbing a lot of attention for his chiseled physique and has signed films in a row now. He now has 'Race 3', 'Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se' and 'Housefull 4' in his kitty now. Directed by Remo D' Souza and produced by Salman Khan, 'Race 3' is all set for an Eid release on June 15, 2018.

As we await the verdict in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case, all eyes are on the Bollywood actors accused in the case. Amongst the many who have wished well for the actors is Rani Mukerji who recently extended her support to her co-star of many films Salman Khan.

According to the reports, speaking about the impending case and its verdict on the actor, she said that her love will always be there with Salman Khan.

Reportedly, Mahesh has a connect with Salman Khan and chooses him over Sanjay Dutt when it comes to working together.

Riteish Deshmukh

Riteish has always been a fan of Salman Khan. The audience got a glimpse of their friendship when Salman Khan had agreed to do a cameo role in Riteish Deshmukh's Marathi movie, Lai Bhaari. Riteish has also revealed that Salman speaks good Marathi and that he had always wanted to do a Marathi film as his mother is a Maharashtrian.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez says that she trusts Salman Khan blindly as the superstar has helped boost her career, reports PTI. She was quoted in the report as saying that, "Salman will always be that special person in my life because he was able to change my career. I will never ever forget what he has done for me. On the personal front too, he has advised me as a friend and family, something I couldn't have even asked for. Salman is genuinely a nice man who helps people. He is someone who I trust blindly. I think he has been an important person in my life. I do take his advise as he knows the best. He knows what works, he understands the audience well. He also told me that whosoever's advice I take, ultimately final decision has to be mine."

Arjun Kapoor

Arjun Kapoor was apparently mentored by Salman Khan for his Bollywood debut. Salman encouraged him to lose weight and also assured him that he could be a star. In an interview with Bombay Times, Arjun has revealed as to how he appreciates Salman’s quality of not having changed at all. Explaining this, Arjun said that success and failure hadn’t changed Salman as a person. He had then expressed the desire to imbibe this quality.

Athiya Shetty

Athiya Shetty will soon make her Bollywood debut with Hero opposite Sooraj Pancholi. According to an IANS report, the actress says she 'doesn't have the words' to express her gratitude for Salman Khan. "I don't think I have words to express how I feel for Salman sir. He has given us the biggest platform and break," Athiya, daughter of actor Suniel Shetty, told reporters. "We are here because of him," said Athiya and her co-star, Sooraj.
