Prachee Shah Paandya all set to perform at KGAF

Danseuse Prachee Shah Paandya is all set for her performance at the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival. “I am really excited for my solo Kathak performance at KGAF in Mumbai, at the Cross Maidan.”

Keeping up with the Kala Ghoda theme 'Past Forward', I will be performing Kathak in the pure Jaipur Gharana style, which will comprise a jugalabandi of unique footwork (tatkaar) with the Tabla and Pakhawaj, and end with a Thumri (Abhinaya), giving the audience a look into the past, present and the future.”

The danseuse is also excited about her upcoming show later this month. “I am excited about opening the prestigious Khajuraho Dance Festival in Madhya Pradesh, on February 20. The year 2023 has started on a very promising note with the release of my film which has received some brilliant reviews and two kathak performances which will make me proud and add more ghungroos to my feet. Looking forward to more wishes coming true this year.”
