Bewakoofiyaan

Music review of Bewakoofiyaan
Bewakoofiyaan
Movie: Bewakoofiyaan Music director: Raghu Dixit Rating: 2.5
Gulcharrey (sung by Aditi Singh Sharma and Benny Dayal) is the kind of song that seems like it escaped from the 1990s. It’s an upbeat track that aspires to be a clubstomper, but has very little working for it.
By comparison, the happy-go-lucky Khamakhaan (Ayushmann Khurrana and Neeti Mohan) makes all the right noises and then some.
1x1 polls
The feel-good title song has composer Raghu Dixit belt out a number that's perfect for a lazy afternoon listen, with some unusual arrangement and vocal flair.
Rumaani Sa (Mohit Chauhan and Shreya Ghoshal) gives you a definite deja vu vibe the moment you reach the chorus. Then there’s Aye Jigida (Vishal Dadlani) that seeks to motivate, encourage and get you though the day, but to be fair, is actually quite middling.
Ayushmann Khurrana composes (with Rochak Kohli, who he also shares lyrics with for this song) O Heeriye, a token romantic number by the singer-actor. A Punjabi-Hindi ballad, it's decent but not quite on par with his earlier hits. Overall, Raghu tries to keep it breezy throughout otherwise, but this one isn't one of his best efforts either.
