AP Dhillon amps up Mumbai concert with Sanjay Dutt’s cameo

Fans were in for a memorable Friday night as Punjabi music sensation AP Dhillon returned to Mumbai, a year after his last performance in the city. Adding Bollywood sparkle to the evening, Sanjay Dutt and Tara Sutaria joined the singer on stage, sending the crowd into a frenzy.Co-produced and promoted by Team Innovation and BookMyShow Live, the Mumbai concert was held at the Jio World Convention Centre, and part of AP Dhillon’s multi-city One of One India Tour 2025. Staying true to his Mumbai tradition of roping in Bollywood celebrity appearances, the night blended music, star power and high-energy performances.Raising the bar from last year, AP delivered a show that was grander in scale and noticeably smoother in execution. With fewer technical hiccups, the concert featured expansive stage design, cinematic LED visuals, and significantly improved lighting and sound, reflecting a clear evolution in production and ambition.Backed by longtime collaborator Shinda Kahlon, AP powered through a hit-heavy setlist that included crowd favourites such as Excuses, Insane, Summer High, With You and Desires, along with newer tracks like Hitmen, Afsos, STFU and Without Me. Tara Sutaria joined him on stage for Thodi Si Daaru, the single that features her, while her boyfriend Veer Pahariya was spotted cheering from the audience.Calling AP his younger brother, Sanjay Dutt received thunderous applause as he joined the singer on stage for Old Money and wished the audience a happy new year in advance.Several celebrities turned up to support the Brown Munde hitmaker, including Talwiinder, Orhan Awatramani (Orry), Rajat Bedi, Riva Arora, Munawar Faruqui, Faisal Shaikh and Manara Chopra, making the night a true celebration of music and star power.
