A five-day theatre festival concludes in Lucknow

A five-day theatre festival organized by Utsaah Foundation, concluded in Lucknow recently.

The opening play of the festival was Avruddh, which was staged by Shiv Sambhav group from Varanasi. It was directed by Sumit Srivastava. Next was Chaand Ke Paar Ek Chhabhi by Theatron Group and was directed by Subrat Rai. On the third day, a play directed by Sanjay Tripathi, Ghar Jamai based on Munshi Premchand’s work was staged. also staged a play Abu Hasan which was directed by Shailesh Srivastava. On the concluding day, play Kabrgaah was staged by Ashutosh Vishwakarma from Innovation Theatre.
