ADOR announces Min Hee Jin's reappointment as inside director

Former CEO of ADOR Min Hee Jin was reappointed as an inside director of the company. ADOR issued a statement saying that indeed Min Hee Jin had been reappointed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. She will serve the company as an inside director for three years from 2 November.

Min Hee Jin's term was set to end on 1 November. As she has just been reappointed, she will continue to serve ADOR in this position. ADOR had announced in August that Min Hee Jin will leave the position of the CEO of this company but continue as an inside director and will mainly be occupied with content production activities for the group NewJeans.

NewJeans members publicly expressed support for Min Hee Jin after her resignation as CEO. All five members of the group held a live broadcast on YouTube on September 11, where they made an ultimatum to HYBE, demanding the reinstatement of Min Hee Jin as CEO by September 25. Only two days later, on September 13, Min Hee Jin filed an injunction seeking reappointment both as the CEO and inside director of ADOR.
