BTS' Jimin gets scammed by comedian Lee Jin Ho for 100 million KRW

Comedian Lee Jin Ho, who gained limelight through 'Knowing Bros', shockingly revealed that he is an addict to gambling and has committed fraud against many stars financially, including Jimin from BTS. As relayed by BIGHIT MUSIC, Jimin has been affected by this case.Korean reports say Jimin lent Lee Jin Ho about 100 million KRW by just using a promissory note in 2022. But nothing was heard of that debt either. A statement came out from BIGHIT MUSIC, saying, "Jimin indeed suffered financial damage. All he did was write a promissory note and lend it to Lee Jin Ho.”Lee Jin Ho made his confession on a candid post in social media, where he confessed that the police had been investigating him for online illegal gambling. He stated that his online gambling started in 2020 and mushroomed into an overwhelming amount of debt. “I started playing games on illegal gambling sites on the Internet by chance in 2020, and I got a debt that I couldn't afford," he wrote.The comedian revealed that he was indebted to most people for their financial assistance and vowed to clear all of it from his account. “I will continue to repay all of this debt on my own until I die,” he promised. He also shared with the audience how, each day, he lived with fear, always anticipating being exposed. “I felt like I was being beaten every day by the fear of when this would be known to the world.”
