The renowned K-pop girl group is now going to be known as and promoted as ‘i-dle’. The group shared a few posts to announce the change, along with a trailer teaser to show their new image. The teaser is completely black and white and showcases the girls attending a funeral. The coffin at the funeral has the letter ‘G’ on it, showcasing how they are leaving behind the letter and embracing their identity as ‘i-dle’. The identity shift comes as the group nears their 7th debut anniversary.

The group also dropped another bomb for the fans as they shared that they will also be making a comeback finally. The group recently announced that they will be making a powerful comeback with two new albums this month, leaving fans anticipating the release.
