Disgraced K-pop star and actor,
Kris Wu has found himself in yet another controversy. Rumours are rife that the former
EXO
band member, who is under investigation for sexual assault, married in secret and is a father to a 2-year-old baby girl.
According to reports on Korean and Chinese online portals, Kris is a married man and his wife is believed to be raising their daughter alone.
It has been reported that similar such claims have been made in the past, and resurfaced recently amidst the actor's legal battles. Previously, the claims were rubbished and considered baseless rumours as there was insufficient evidence to support the same.
Kris Wu and his team have not yet confirmed or denied these new allegations.
Meanwhile, Kris is currently being held at a detention centre on suspicion of rape in a high-profile case. The star allegedly had sex with a 17-year-old while she was drunk and lured other young women into sexual relationships with him, under the pretence of giving them a private fan meeting or an audition.
Wu, known in China as
Wu Yifan
, was detained on August 1 while police conducted their investigations.
