SEVENTEEN Hoshi acquires 5.10 billion KRW luxury home in Gangnam, Seoul, paid in cash

SEVENTEEN's Hoshi recently made headlines with his real estate investment, having purchased a luxurious home in the upscale neighborhood of Nonhyeondong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The price tag on this extravagant property? A staggering 5.10 billion KRW, equivalent to approximately $3.73 million USD, and what's even more impressive is that he reportedly paid for it entirely in cash.


Records from the Supreme Court registry reveal that Hoshi finalized the purchase of his exclusive 149 square metre unit at Brighten N40 last April, with registration completed by July. At just 26 years old, Hoshi now holds the distinction of being the youngest owner of a unit in this prestigious development. Notably, he opted not to take out a mortgage, indicating his substantial financial capability.


Brighten N40, known for its opulent residences and prime location, boasts an impressive roster of celebrity residents, including renowned television personality Yoo Jae Suk, who acquired a residence there last September for a jaw-dropping 8.7 billion KRW (approximately $6.3 million USD). Among the other notable figures who call Brighten N40 home are INFINITE's L, actresses Oh Yeon Seo, Han Hyo Joo, and more.
