is gearing up for an exciting round of promotions following their triumphant comeback with their new full-length album ‘
The Chaos Chapter: Freeze
’.
While their songs take over the music charts, the boys will make their presence felt on international TV. The band, comprising of singers -
Soobin
, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Huening Kai, is set to appear on popular American TV shows to perform their first English-language song 'Magic'. Taking to their official TXT Twitter handle, the boys announced a promotion plan for their new track, which is one of the B-sides from ‘Freeze’.
Starting Thursday, the group aims to release a teaser, a music video, a special performance video, and additional musical content as part of its global promotion campaign.
The five-member boy band will release a music video for ‘Magic’ on June 11 at 1 p.m. KST, following an appearance on ‘Good Morning America’ on June 10 that will feature an interview and live performance of the song.
TXT will also perform ‘Magic’ on ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’, which will be their first appearance on the popular late-night talk show.
On Tuesday, the disco-pop song topped Mediabase’s daily Top 40 Add Board chart, with 30 out of 180 stations playing it. The chart shows how many times a song has been played on prominent radio stations in the United States.
The primary single, ‘0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You)’, debuted at No. 84 and No. 80 on the British music charts Top 100
Official Singles Sales Charts
and Top 100 Official Singles Downloads Charts, respectively, this week.
On the most recent Official Album Downloads Chart Top 100, the album came in at number 19 overall.
