A song for Sandalwood’s ‘Rocking Couple’ Yash and Radhika

The upcoming Kannada film Swartharatna has a song called Avalakandanthe that is dedicated to Yash and Radhika Pandit. Adarsh Gunduraj, the hero of the film, says that the Rocking Star Yash deserves this kind of a tribute. And while Yash’s KGF is on everybody’s mind now, the team of Swartharatna thought it was also a good time to honour him and his better half, given that they are also soon-to-be parents.In fact, the teaser of the video of the song was released online as a dedication to the couple on their anniversary.
The lyrics of the song, written by director Ashwin Kodange, are full of praise for the couple and their love story and the song has been picturised with images of the two actors. “The inspiration for the love story in Swartharatna is the cute tale of Yash and Radhika. We took their permission before using their names and images for the song and they supported us wholeheartedly,” says Adarsh.
And with the film set to hit screens soon, the team is preparing to release the video of Avalakandanthe soon on online platforms.
