All set to take the audience on a fun ride in Thailand is Bachelor Party, releasing on January 26. The film, directed by Abhijith Mahesh, brings together actors Diganth Manchale, Yogi and Achyuth Kumar for the first time on the silver screen. The actors give us a sneak peek into their characters in the film. Excerpts:

I play a miserable man stuck in a bad marriage: Diganth Manchale
In the film, I essay the role of a software engineer, Santhosh, working in Bengaluru. My character gets married and his wife is strict and dominating, which makes Santhosh’s life miserable. He’s confused about his marriage when he meets his friend Maddy (Yogi) who is a bachelor.I play a carefree guy who’s not worried about the future: Yogi
I’m Maddy in the film, a carefree and jovial bachelor, who shows interest in getting married but isn’t worried about the future. He is jobless, but by choice, and there’s a very funny reason for it too. Then, he meets Santhosh (Diganth), a childhood friend, who keeps telling him everything that’s wrong with his marriage.
My character represents happiness and spreads it too: Achyuth Kumar
I play a retired teacher named Ashwath Narayan in the film. Both Diganth and Yogi’s characters were my students, and my entry into the story comes at a crucial point while they are in Thailand. My character symbolises happiness — the ultimate aim in life.
