Bhavana Ramanna honoured with 'India's Best Actress' title in Maryland

Veteran Kannada actress Bhavana Ramanna was invited as a special guest for the program ‘Big Business with Small Business’ in Maryland,

. On this occasion,

state governor of honoured Bhavana with an award for contributions to the Kannada film industry.

The governor also praised the artists of different parts of India through the Flower Foundation and encouraged various art forms.

A cultural organization in Maryland, Washington DC, Kaveri Kannada Association, which is managed by Kannada speaking people in the US, bestowed the Best Indian

actress

award to Bhavana Ramanna.

Bhavana started her career in the Tulu film industry and became a member of the Kannada Film Industry and also won the State Award as part of her career.
