Director Shoonya credits writer Agnee Sridhar for his debut film 'Head Bush'

Director Shoonya might be making his debut with 'Head Bush' as a director but he has 10 years of ample experience working under directors like Suni, Rakshit Shetty, Aravind Shastry and Pawan Kumar. This 10 years of experience under various directors and doing M.Sc in filmmaking has come in handy for the director to handle such a big project having a star cast.
'Head Bush' is based on the book 'My Days In The Underworld' written by Agnee Sridhar whose book is based on the underworld days of Bangalore.Agnee Sridhar was convinced by Shoonya to come on board for the film and credits the writer for giving him the first break. Since the book is in 3 volumes, Shoonya has explored the first part of the book exploring the underworld days of Bangalore during 1974-78. Depending on the success of 'Head Bush', Shoonya is also planning if can make sequels to the real-life story.
'Head Bush' has a humongous casting of 8 heroes and 2 heroines such as Dhananjaya, Raghu Mukherjee, Vashista Simha, Yogi, Balu Nagendra, Roshan Bachchan, Ravichandran, Devaraj, Poornachandra Mysuru, Sruthi Hariharan and Payal Rajput also the junior artistes amounting to 500 people daily for the shoot.
Dhananjaya himself is backing this project with music by Charan Raj and will be releasing this on October 21.
