Today sees the release of Love 360 made under the banner of Shashank Cinemass. Directed by Shashank, it stars actors Praveen and Rachana Inder in the lead.
Shashank says, "I am making a film with newcomers after nearly 14 years. In 2008, I made Moggina Manasu, but I worked with only established actors after that. I got the chance to work with newcomers once again in 2021."
The film, set in Gokarna, also sees Shashank returning to the coastal area after Moggina Manasu.
He adds: "I am thrilled to return to the romantic genre as it is not only my favourite genre, but audiences also appreciate my love stories. Through this film, I am introducing Praveen. I have always wanted to introduce someone from North Karnataka as a hero. He comes from Hosapete. The film also has the Henge Naavu girl, Rachana Inder. This will see her in a full-fledged role. She is a very talented actress and people in Karnataka will get to see that through this film as well. Apart from other new talent, we also have experienced faces like Gopalakrishna Deshpande."Revealing a few details about the story, Shashank says, "It is a love story against the backdrop of thriller and crime elements. Funnily, A B De Villiers is the inspiration for the title, Love 360. He is called Mr 360 because he hits the ball from every angle in the stadium. Similarly, our hero’s love for his girl is true in every possible way. The title is symbolic of the pinnacle of love that I want to convey."
Shashank reiterates that this is a cinematic experience meant only for theatres. "Our Jagave Neenu song and trailer have already gathered a lot of traction and appreciation. I can confidently assure you that we won't disappoint viewers. Arjun Janya’s music is the film’s biggest strength, not only the songs, but the re-recording as well. The film is also rich in visuals and Abhilash Kalathi has done a good job with the cinematography," he adds.
