Exclusive: Mine and Dhanveerrah’s chemistry is interesting: Reeshma Nanaiah

Reeshma Nanaiah, who made a memorable debut with Ek Love Ya earlier this year, has signed another film. The actress has been roped in to play the lead opposite Dhanveerrah in Shankar Raman's Vamana, which she has already begun shooting for.

Reeshma says, "Vamana is a commercial film with elements of action and suspense. It’s really easy to work with this team. I have already worked with Mahendra Simha sir before and that was a compelling reason to sign this film. I had met the director even before Ek Love Ya released and I know that he is a fabulous writer. The story of this film is amazing."

Reeshma adds that she has an interesting role to play in this commercial film. "I play a fun girl who supports the hero throughout his journey, and silently stays by his side through each of his steps. The hero is very protective of me, and his mother. It will be interesting to see the chemistry between Dhanveerrah and I," she says, adding that she will also be commencing shooting for Baanadaariyalli shortly.

Reeshma says that she is grateful for all the work she is getting. "Ek Love Ya gave me an amazing start and I have been getting a lot of love even after that from everyone - from audiences and the film fraternity. This also gives me more responsibility to choose the right scripts," she signs off.
