The star cast of Bhuvanam Gaganam, which has Pramod and Pruthvi Ambaar in lead roles, has got bigger with the addition of two heroines - Rachel David and Rachana Rai. The travel-based film will be shot across Karnataka. Directed by Gireesh Mulimani, the team will commence shooting in July.
Telling us about their characters, Gireesh says, “Rachel plays a bubbly college-going girl named Nandini, who has spent most of her life in a boarding school. She leads her life without bothering about what’s happening around her. Rachel has been paired with Pruthvi Ambaar in the film. Rachana Rai plays a village girl named Bhoomi, who is from the Malnad region. Rachana will romance Pramod in the film. The two ladies are not friends in the films, but are connected in the story."
The shoot of the movie is slated to kickstart in Bengaluru, then move to Haveri, Kalaburagi, Gajendragad, Shivamogga, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Kanyakumari, for the climax portions.
