Garuda Ram’s brother Venkat in Kannada film

Venkat Raj, the brother of KGF villain Ramchandra Raju, also known as Garuda Ram, will be making his Kannada film debut with Dollarspete, which is inspired by true incidents. The film also stars Pruthvi Ambaar and Sowmya Jaganmurthy, and is directed by debutante Mohan N Muninarayanappa.
According to Mohan, the story revolves around a character called Don Palani, played by Venkat. “When a big sum of money gets misplaced, Palani retrieves it. He is from Tamil Nadu, but settled in Bengaluru and speaks a dialect of Kannada mixed with Tamil. We needed someone who could speak in that particular slang and found Venkat to be a perfect fit,” he says.
