A research analyst by profession, Thejaswini Sharma dared to give acting a shot in 2018. “My friends encouraged me to participate in beauty pageants, and after that came the film offers,” she says, adding, “My father was into theatre, and I always wanted to be on stage too. But I never imagined I would be on screen. When I started off, I was choosing scripts that were content-oriented, because I wanted to learn as much as I could.”
The actress, who is currently juggling between big screen and OTT projects, tells us that the toughest time ever had to be the pandemic. “I worried about how to pay the rent for my place in Bengaluru. I went back home to Coorg and spent time learning farming and mushroom cultivation.”
