‘KGF: Chapter 2’ box office collection day 26: Yash starrer crosses Rs 1154 crores

Yash starrer ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ is continuing its success story and it seems like there is no stop for Rocky Bhai as he has been creating records ever since his arrival on April 14 this year. Now as per the reports, the film has minted over Rs 1150 crores worldwide in 26 days of its initial release and the box office numbers are still soaring to the Rs 1120 crore club.

As per the Twitter box office tracking forums, ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ has collected over Rs 1154.80 crores worldwide.Breaking down the week-wise box office numbers, the Yash starrer minted Rs 720.31 crores in the first week, Rs 223.51 crores in the second week, and in the third week, the film reportedly earned over Rs 140.55 crores.

On the last day, Prashanth Neel’s directorial film set another record as it became the first Kannada film to be screened in South Korea. The screening of ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ has also led to another record-break as it became the first Indian film to be screened in South Korea post-pandemic.

With the perfect screenplay and direction, the Yash starrer managed to do justice to the first part of the series. The film also had certain new additions to the cast list that included the actors Raveena Tandon, Sanjay Dutt, and Prakash Raj.
The editing section of ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ was done by the 19-year-old Ujwal Kulkarni and the cinematography was done by Bhuvan Gowda. Ravi Basrur was in charge of the music department of the film.
Actors Srinidhi Shetty, TS Nagabharana, Saran Shakthi, Ramachandra Raju, Archana Jois, Achyuth Kumar, Govinde Gowda, and B Suresha also played key roles in the Yash starrer ‘KGF: Chapter 2’.
