untitled romantic drama

, directed by

newbie Vismaya Gowda

"I've been wanting to do a film as the lead. We had something in the works, but then I was approached by Vismaya, who narrated this script. It is a character that is a lot like me in real life and allows me scope to dance. I've also sensed the same fire as I have in her, to deliver a good film, which made me feel this is the right launchpad," he says.

Vismaya, who is also a motivational speaker, says, "I've been a big movie buff and always wanted to tell a story. While my debut film is a romantic film, it also has a social message, which I will convey in an entertaining way. We have roped in

Saathvika

(formerly Shravya Rao) as the lead actress."

The team is looking at commencing work on the film in January 2021, and

will be flagging off the project, we're told.
