Kannada crime drama 'Mango Pachcha' is preparing for its theatrical release on this day (June 5, 2026). Ahead of its arrival in cinemas, one of the earliest reactions to the film has already started drawing attention online. The initial review came from Vishweshwar Bhat who is editor-in-chief of Vishwavani Daily. He shared his thoughts after attending a special screening hosted by Kichcha Sudeep.

Sanchith Sanjeev enters films with debut project

'Mango Pachcha' has been directed by Viveka and marks the acting debut of Sanchith Sanjeev. The film also carries added attention because Sanchith comes from Kichcha Sudeep's family.
Before stepping in front of the camera, Sanchith had also spent time learning filmmaking and acting techniques. Apart from formal training, he also gained practical experience while working as an assistant director on Manikya.

First review of 'Mango Pachcha'

After watching the film, Vishweshwar Bhat shared details about the screening and his interaction with the team. The review reads, "Mango Pachcha: Sanchith Sanjeev Marks a Stellar Debut Under Kichcha’s Mentorship. A few days ago, Kichcha Sudeep sent over an exquisite box from Aubree Haute Chocolaterie (Bengaluru’s renowned award-winning patisserie) along with a special invite, requesting my presence for the screening of "Mango Pachcha"—the maiden venture of his Supriyanvi Productions.
He later followed up with a warm, personal phone call to invite me. Amidst the political whirlwind of a new government formation and the frantic updates on cabinet reshuffles, I managed to carve out some time and headed to his residence in J.P. Nagar."

Story and Kichcha Sudeep's contribution

The story reportedly unfolds during the early 2000s and recreates that period's atmosphere. The review also pointed toward Kichcha Sudeep's involvement in the project. Besides lending his voice, he reportedly guided several aspects connected to the film and supported Sanchith's development.

Debut performance receives praise in early review

The early review further reads, "The action sequences are where Sanchith truly scores. His tall, athletic frame perfectly fits the requirements of a Mysuru-based rowdyism saga. His speed and energy in stunts are captivating. Under Sudeep’s mentorship, Sanchith often mirrors the superstar’s style and mannerisms. Dubbed "Kichcha Junior" by fans, Sanchith is a carbon copy of Sudeep in several scenes."The review also suggested that Sanchith displayed confidence despite this being his first film. 'Mango Pachcha' is expected to have a decent opening at the box office.
