Actor
Manoranjan Ravichandran has done his bit for the daily wage workers of the
Mugilpete
film team. The actor has donated a sum of Rs 5,000 to all the daily wage workers of the team.
He says, “Everyone thinks people in the film industry earn well and they are staying safe which is not the case in reality. It is high time to help our own people who are facing a financial crisis because of a complete lockdown.”
Mugilpete, which is a complete commercial entertainer, will feature
Manoranjan
in two different shades. Most of the film is being shot in Sakleshpur and
Kayadu Lohar is pairing up with Manoranjan in the movie. It is produced by Raksha Vijay Kumar under the banner of Moti Movie Makers, and Shridhar V Sambram is composing the music.
Tara,
Avinash, Sadhukokila,
Rangayana Raghu, Appanna and
Prashanth Siddi will be seen in pivotal roles.
The makers, who had shot for a song at Nandi Hills in February, had planned to release the movie but it has been pushed due to the second wave of Covid-19
