Manvita’s mother Sujatha no more

Actor Manvita Harish’s mother, Sujatha Kamath, who was receiving treatment for a kidney-related ailment, has breathed her last today. She was in a critical condition.

The actor on her Instagram page wrote, “She Left.” Manivtha’s family members, friends and industry colleagues have expressed their grief over her mother’s death. From the last one year, Sujatha was under medical treatment.

Manvitha also opted for low key birthday celebrations on April 13 as her mother was seriously ill. The last rites are likely to be performed tomorrow. Inspired by her mother Sujatha, Manvitha entered the industry with Kendasampige which was a runaway hit.

It is also because of her mother’s deteriorating health condition Manvitha’s couldn’t sign more number of movies.

Speaking to us, she had said, “When my mum suffered kidney ailment last year, I underwent several challenges. She has become forgetful and keeps repeating questions. We, as children, must understand that it is not them, but the medication they are taking, and of course, the age factor. We need to understand is that as our parents grow old, they become children and we must care for them.”
