Meghana Raj begins shooting for Raja Huli

Meghana Raj recently posted on her micro-blogging website that she has begin shooting for her Kannada film, Raja Huli. The film, which is directed by Guru Deshpande, has actors Yash and Meghana Raj in lead roles.
Raja Huli, produced by K Manju, is a Kannada remake of the Tamil blockbuster Sundarapandiyan, which had Sasikumar and Lakshmi Menon in lead roles. Actor Yash will be seen playing a village role again after Kiratakaand Meghana Raj marks her comeback in Kannada after Punda.
The film is a comedy drama that talks about friendship. The film will be majorly shot in Kollegal, among other places. Recently, the film made news as a couple of sets were set up in the forest of Kollegal and some important scenes were shot here.
The actress, who busy shooting several films in Malayalam, is happy to be in her home town. She tweeted saying, “Off 2 shoot 4 Raja Huli!! After ages shootin in Bangalore... bliss!!” Meanwhile, Meghana also has a couple of Malayalam releases in the pipline. She is simultaneously shooting for the Mollywood film, Mirror, as well.
