Meghana Raj faces protest outside her residence

Actress Meghana Raj has to face the ire of protesters for speaking offensively against men in the trailer of the movie

, which is based on the real incidents that took place in 1979. The members of an organization called

Janma Bhoomi

protested against Meghana Raj seeking her apology on Sunday.

In an attempt to pacify the protesters, Meghana has requested them to wait and watch the movie fully before staging protest, and that the words which are uttered in the movie are by the character, and not by her. The project directed by Mussanje Mahesh has Yuvraj and Lokesh in the lead roles.
