Mohanlal’s movie undergoes title change

Kannada film audiences are waiting for the release of Mythri, which will see Malayalam superstar Mohanlal in an important role. In fact, Mythri is not Mohanlal’s first outing in Sandalwood.
Back in 2004, film Love, which starred debutant Aditya and the then reigning queen Rakshita, saw the Mollywood star playing a taxi driver in Dubai — wherein he helps the lead pair get together.Reports say Mohanlal’s next film titled My Family has now been re-titled as Drishyam.
The upcoming Kannada film Mythri directed by Giriraj has been produced by NS RajKumar. It stars Mohanlal and Puneeth Rajkumar. Archana of Aa Dinagalu plays the female lead role opposite Mohanlal. Other in the cast includes Atul Kulkarni and Ravi Kale. Ilaiyaraaja has scored the music for the film. The film, according to Giriraj is a social drama, and also focuses on relationships in the time of liberalisation. Earlier this year, Mohanlal announced that his next project would be a Kannada film along with Puneeth by tweeting about it
