Raana’s blend of action and thriller makes it a perfect watch: Shreyas

The actor says his chemistry with Reeshma Nanaiah will also be a highlightCommercial entertainer Raana, starring actors Shreyas Manju and Reeshma Nanaiah and made under the banner Gujjal Talkies, is releasing in cinemas today. It is directed by Nanda Kishore.

It is Shreyas’s second project in Sandalwood. “Of late, many commercial films have come out. But Raana is a blend of action and thriller elements, making it an immersive experience that doesn’t disappoint. Songs like Malli Malli, Gully Boy, and Udho Udho Huligemma, composed by Chandan Shetty, compliment the plot well,” Shreyas says.
The movie follows the journey of Raana, who hails from a village and migrates to the city. The pivotal character played by Shreyas aspires to become a police officer. But destiny throws many obstacles in his path. How he tackles these makes the story interesting.
“There are a few power-packed action sequences and dialogues, which I am sure will be a treat for the masses. The chemistry between Reeshma and me is also setting great expectations. The movie also has a message that resonates with everyone,” he says.
