Following a massive heart attack during an intense session at the gym breathed his last on October 29, 2021, at the age of 46. Playing several memorable roles in commercially successful movies, and doing charity, Puneeth Rajkumar earned a huge fan following. The actor is survived by his wife Ashwini, two daughters Vanditha, Drithi, and his brothers Raghavendra Rajkumar and Shiva Rajkumar.
