Rakshit gained 20kgs for his role in Side B: Hemanth

Actor Rakshit Shetty shows a visible transformation from a vulnerable young man to a tough man in Sapta Sagaradaache Ello – Side B, says director Hemanth Rao. “Manu, (the character Rakshit plays in the film) was innocent and vulnerable in Side A. But in Side B, after going through so much in life, he had to look like someone who had built a protective shell around that vulnerability. Rakshit gained 20 kilos in two and a half months. He was on a regulated diet and worked out for one hour each in the morning and evening to get that desired look,” Hemanth shares. Produced by Rakshit Shetty’s Paramvah Pictures Production, the movie is expected to hit the screens on November 17.
