Rashmika Mandanna who got engaged last year, have reportedly reached a decision to call it quits on their relationship.
After the announcement of their engagement on July 3, 2017, Rakshit and Rashmika got some big Kannada film projects. While Rashmika flew to Tollywood, Rakshit's first Telugu movie, 'Chalo', brought him great fame. The actress' Telugu flick 'Geetha Govindam', starring Vijay Devarakonda also went on to become a blockbuster hit. The hectic film schedules and time apart has reportedly caused the couple to go their separate ways.
Another rumour hints at Rashmika liplock with Vijay in 'Geeta Govindam' as the reason for the split. However, these rumours were later denied. The elders and friends of both families have reportedly decided to break off the engagement keeping Rakshit and Rashmika's careers in mind.
According to reports, Rashmika's family said the split was due to a personal matter and did not want to talk about it. They also requested for some privacy during this trying time.
