While speaking at the event conducted by Galatta, Rishab Shetty recalls his conversation with Vijay Deverakonda over the phone, where the ‘Vikram’ actor praised ‘Kantara’. "It was only sir, who watched Kantara and called me. He began speaking in English and said, 'I have watched you film. Feels really good,'” said Rishab Sheetty.

Excited to receive a call from the ‘Farzi’ star Rishab Shetty replied to him in Tamil and said, “Sir, thank you so much. You calling me was enough.” When Vijay Sethupathi understood that Rishab Shetty could speak Tamil, both of them continued talking in Tamil. The talk became more friendly and personal.
