The Challenging Star also took the opportunity to talk about actor Sanchari Vijay. “Vijay is one of the most talented artistes in the industry,” Darshan said, adding, “If the roles that he has done were played by someone from another industry, we would have appreciated their work. Somehow, we fail to do the same for our artistes. Let’s support regional cinema, so that more novel, content-oriented films are made and artistes get the platform to prove their mettle.”
