Sanjjanaa Galrani found herself in yet another spot of bother recently. While en route to her
shooting location
on Tuesday, October 5th, Sanjjanaa got involved in an altercation with a cab driver which ended up in the actress lodging a police complaint for allegedly being kidnapped. While the issue was resolved soon after, it turns out the cab driver later filed a complaint against Sanjjanaa Galrani stating that he was verbally abused by the actor.
The incident was triggered when the cab driver, reportedly, refused to turn the car air conditioner on citing Covid protocol, and the matter is said to have gone out of hand when Sanjjanaa took to Twitter to report the driver to his owner company. While the matter was addressed soon after, the situation only aggravated when Sanjjanaa later made an SOS call to the police owing to the alleged lack of cooperation from the driver.
However, Sanjjanaa has reacted to the whole furore on the internet by sharing a detailed clarification. Stating that she hadn't abused the driver with one single word, the '

' actor shed light on the whole proceedings and shared that she contacted the police only when things got out of control but eventually retracted her complaint because she didn't want the complaint to affect his livelihood.
"So many women are insulted and off-boarded the cabs in spite of paying full fees, I refused to be that women... it's my right as a customer to ask for good service after paying full charges of the cab. Simple, no more stories," wrote Sanjjanaa Galrani after narrating the entire incident.
According to the reports, the

police have registered a non-cognizable report (NCR) against Sajjanaa and are currently investigating the matter. The video shared by the cab driver, which supposedly contains key details of the incident, has gone viral on social media ever since.
