Ramesh Reddy of Suraj Productions is glad that he did this film. “It was a very good experience associating with Ramesh Aravind for 100. He is a wonderful human being and he made the entire filmmaking process very comfortable,” he reveals.
Talking about the film, Ramesh adds, “This is a family thriller filled with moments of suspense, against the backdrop of
cybercrime
. The film basically deals with how a message from a social media platform can disrupt the working of a family, which is united and living in peace and happiness.”
“There have been very few films in this genre in
Kannada
. The last family thriller that I recall is Drishya. Our film gives it a contemporary spin with cybercrime being at the root of the problem faced. The film is very different from what people have been witnessing in cinema halls,” shares Ramesh.
Asked about the kind of films that he intends to produce under his banner, Ramesh said: “Right now, we are in a phase where the story is the real hero of a film and 100 too is one such. I intend to continue making films with good subject lines and narratives and with a good message. 100 is a perfect example of this,” he signs off.
