From 'Premam Poojyam' to 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free', the upcoming weekend will see five different films releasing in theatres
The second Friday of November is here with not one but five different treats for all the Sandalwood patrons. From mushy, intense romance dramas to 'Premam Poojyam' to comedies and satires, there is something for everyone as cinema halls beckon the audiences with wide-open arms.

Premam Poojyam
Actor Prem's landmark 25th film 'Premam Poojyam' finally makes its way into cinema halls this Friday, November 12th. Directed, co-produced, and written by Dr. Raghavendra B.S. (also the music composer and lyricist), the film is a lavish, fresh take on the romance-drama genre and also stars Brinda Acharya, Aindrita Ray, Master Manjunath, and many others. 'Premam Poojyam' is the first-ever Kannada film to be shot in the country of Vietnam.

Director Harish Anilgod, who has previously assisted filmmakers like Vinu Balanja, makes his bonafide debut with 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free'. The film stars Kishore as the lead who, as revealed by the director, will be seen in a rather interesting role of Manmatha while Bala Rajwadi plays a negative part in it. Popular character actor P. Ravishankar was to play Kishore's part initially but the former opted out of the project due to scheduling conflicts.

Tom & Jerry
'Tom & Jerry' stars Nischith Korodi of 'Gantumoote' fame along with Chaithra Rao (female lead) with Surya Shekhar, Jai Jagdish, and Tara playing key roles in the film. Directed Raaghav Vinay Shivagange, the film's story follows two constantly bickering but inseparable friends and how their friendship blossoms over time. Raju Sheregar has produced the film with Sanketh M.Y.S handling the cinematography.

Hitler
Kinnal Raj, who shot to fame as a lyricist on 'K.G.F: Chapter 1' makes his directorial debut with the action-drama 'Hitler'. The film stars Lohith Nagaraj who plays the titular role, an orphan who becomes a part of the underworld due to dire circumstances and earns the name of 'Hitler' for his antics. 'Hitler' also stars Sasya, Manmohan Rai, Bala Rajwadi, Vijay Chandoor, and others.

YarraBirri
Written, directed, and edited by Govind Dasar, 'Yarrabirri' stars Anjan, Sonu Patil, and others. The film follows Anjan's character who works as a mechanic whose erratic or unusual behavior earns him the name Yarrabirri. Shivu Bergi composes the songs while Loy Valentine Saldanha scores the background music. Harish Jinde is the cinematographer.
