Yash's latest cinematic venture, 'Toxic', directed by the talented Geetu Mohandas, is making waves in the industry following the launch of its teaser and vibrant new posters. The 'Rocking Star' presents a fresh, youthful appearance, igniting speculations among fans about a possible dual character arc or a younger iteration of his role.
On Friday, the makers unveiled the teaser of Yash’s much-awaited film ‘Toxic’ directed by Geetu Mohandas. The teaser itself has created a buzz for the film, especially the younger look of the Rocking Star has been a highlight of it. Recently, the Kannada star shared another poster.

New ‘Toxic’ poster

Yash took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to share the poster, which he called “Your 'Ticket' to Hell”. The poster features the actor in a different style, as he is not depicted in his usual heavily bearded look. He has a light moustache and a small goatee. He also dons a black earring and a brown vest. Additionally, he is seen soaked with blood, keeping an angry look on his face, which hints that it is a moment from one of his fight sequences.

Specualtions regarding clean shave look

At the end of the teaser, a shaven and much leaner look of Yash has been revealed by the makers. He is also seen in intense action scenes, he is dancing, drinking and killing with a chainsaw. At the end, he is seen saying, “I’m home daddy.”

From the early look, fans have been speculating that Yash might be playing a dual role as a father and a son. Another theory is that, looking at the grand nature of the story, this look might be a younger version of Yash’s character Raya, but time will tell what is what.

About ‘Toxic’

Helmed by Geetu Mohandas, it is written by both Yash and the director. It also features a strong female cast, including Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, and Tara Sutaria.The movie has been simultaneously shot in English and Kannada. It will also be available in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi.The film is set to release on March 19, locking horns with Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, hitting the big screens on the same day.
