Yash urges fans to celebrate responsibly ahead of his 39th birthday: "Your safety is my greatest gift"

Kannada star Yash will be celebrating his 39th birthday on January 8th, 2025. Recently, the actor shared a note with his fans to change the language of love. The 'KGF' star stated that grand gestures and large gatherings are not necessary, and that the greatest gift he could receive is knowing that his fans are safe and achieving their personal goals.

Last year, Yash's birthday celebrations were marred by tragedy when three fans lost their lives due to electrocution while putting up a banner for him. This incident has deeply affected the actor, prompting him to urge his fans to celebrate responsibly this year.

Yash mentioned that he would be busy shooting on his birthday and would not be in town to celebrate. Despite this, he reassured his fans that their warm wishes would always reach him and inspire him. He urged them to avoid dangerous displays of fandom, such as hanging banners or engaging in reckless behaviour.

In the Instagram post, he wrote, "My dearest well-wishers. As the new year dawns, it's a time for reflection, resolutions, and charting a new course. The love you all have showered on me over the years has been nothing short of phenomenal. But, there have been some unfortunate incidents too. It's time for us to change our language of love, especially when it comes to the celebration of my birthday. The expression of your love should not be in grand gestures and gatherings. The greatest gift for me is knowing you are safe, setting positive examples, achieving your goals, and spreading joy. I will be busy shooting and will not be in town on my birthday. However, the warmth of your wishes will always reach me and be my constant companion, fueling my spirit and inspiring me. Stay safe, and I wish you all a very happy 2025."

On the work front, Yash is set to appear in 'Toxic' and will also be part of the highly anticipated Bollywood film 'Ramayana', directed by Nitesh Tiwari which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi.
