, who has already been doing his bit to help the needy during the pandemic, has now gone a step further to support distressed musicians through a virtual concert, called Just Hari.
Talking about the special initiative, the director says, “Many musicians, especially those who are part of orchestras and bands, have been affected by the pandemic. Many of them had reached out to me for help, following which I decided on hosting a virtual concert, in a bid to raise funds for them. Via this project, we are hoping to reach out to 100 musicians, and provide them with the necessary items.”

and

Maalvika Sundar

are among the artistes who’ll be performing at the concert, which is scheduled to be held on August 16.
Elaborating on the idea behind the concert, Mayuraa says, “The term Hari basically stands for Hamsalekha,

, RD Burman and Ilaiyaraaja. So, the artistes who will be performing at the concert will sing the hit numbers of these four musicians. The live concert will be streamed across India, Australia, Europe, the UK and the Gulf countries. Those who will donate to the cause will be able to view the concert.”
