City theatre spaces to stay closed still March 31

In lieu of the coronavirus

outbreak

there has been a

lockdown

in most public

spaces

, especially cinema halls, malls, auditoriums and

theatre

spaces. In a move to curtail the spread further, the government has been hinting at extending the lockdown till March 31, and keeping in line with the same, city theatre space Rangashankara has shared that they will be closed till March 31. On their social media page the team has shared,

"We hope everyone's been well and keeping yourselves safe in these trying times.

Ranga Shankara

is shut till 31 Mar, '20 for performances; however, our cafe and bookshop remain open.
