Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead, the Malayalam female superhero film, 'Lokah Chapter 1 - Chandra' hit the big screens on August 28. The Dulquer Salmaan-backed project continues to perform at a top level after 25 days since its release. The movie on the fourth Sunday collected an estimated Rs 4 crore.
As per the box office tracker Sacnilk, the film collected over Rs 54.7 crore in its first week, then minted over Rs 47 crore in the second week and Rs 27.2 crore in the third. The movie went to collect Rs 1.7 crore on day 23, Rs 3.25 crore on day 24 and Rs 4 crore on day 25. This brings the total to 137.75 crore.

The Malayalam version continues to drive the collections, with Sunday witnessing an overall occupancy of 65.33%. Morning shows ran at a solid 48.57%, while afternoon shows surged to 74.38%. The evening shows had the most occupancy at 78.86% before night shows closed at 59.52%. These numbers clearly show that the superhero saga remains the first choice for many cinegoers even weeks after release in Kerala.
