Bhamaa readily agreed to be a teenager's mother!

Actress Bhamaa is still in her twenties and is busy with projects in Malayalam and Kannada.

She played the mother of a teenaged girl in her latest Malayalam release '

Marupadi

.' In a recent interview, the film's scriptwriter Juliana Ashraf said that Bhamaa wasn't the first choice to play the character in the film!

Though the team approached many actresses to play the role, they all declined it being not ready to essay the mother of a grown up girl. However, Bhamaa readily agreed and put in her best to play the role convincingly, according to the film's team. The movie is directed by V M Vinu.
