A good storyline is essential in a film: Sudev Nair

Sudev Nair, who will soon be seen in a privotal role in Prithviraj-starrer Ezra, has very clear views about cinema."It's ok to take a movie for the style factor but it shouldn't be the only element in a film," he said recently in an interview. "When a movie is made just for the sake of style, it will not have a good story line, more often than not."
A film like Maheshinte Prathikaaram, he goes on to say, is a success only because of its storyline.Such a film might never be a hit in Bollywood.
