Actor Bala slams trolls for insulting wife Kokila, demands apology for 'Servant' remark

Mollywood actor Bala who recently tied the knot with cousin Kokila, reacted strongly against trolls who shamed his wife and passed out ‘Servant’ remarks at her.

Taking to his official Instagram handle, Bala shared a video featuring him and his wife and penned a note that read, “This a direct warning. Listen carefully . I have shown unconditional love . Don't try to hurt MY KOKILA.”

In the video, Bala lovingly embraces his wife and tells her to come forward and says, “A message is now going viral on social media. How can anyone call another man’s wife a ‘Servant?. Is this your culture? Calling someone’s wife a servant’s daughter. How will you people feel if I start calling the same to your wives…”


Kokila was visibly emotional in the video as Bala reacted strongly to trolls. He further said, “How will you people feel I do the same? Talk about films, talk about personality, talk about acting, talk about a movie’s release, but how did you all get the courage to do such acts?”


Bala added that his wife Kokila was depressed on hearing such comments and questioned whether there is any rule in this state to call another man’s wife ‘Servant’. Bala said, “You people also trolled Kokila’s father. I had earlier mentioned that he is a big shot in politics. I was doing all good deeds like going to the temple and every other socially responsible matter in this state, have I ever failed to keep up my promise? I think you people are not happy with us living a peaceful and pleasant life together.”


Bala ended his words by saying that Kokila’s father had called him and told him not to register a police complaint and that he would take the matters on his own with his political ties. Bala also warned the person who trolled Kokila and said, “That person should apologize.”
