Actress Rachana Narayanankutty presents ‘Kshamaapanam’ for Mother Earth

Rachana Narayanankutty became a familiar name to Malayalam TV – movie viewers through the comedy TV show ‘Marimaayam.’ However, she has been a popular name in the dancer circuit of the State for long. Rachana, who is often seen collaborating with other artistes for interesting dance ventures, recently shared an interesting choreography of hers via her online page.

’ aka apology and as per the caption given to it on Youtube, it is ‘an ode to Mother Earth.’ Rachana’s dance performance in the video is featured on the song that goes ‘Janani Jaya Janani,’ which is apparently a poem by Aadal Vallan. It is composed and performed by singer N J Nandini. The production is choreographed by Rachana herself.




Recently, Rachana was part of many dance collaboration videos by artistes across States. She had performed in collaborations like ‘Nritharchana.’ Her most recent movie is ‘Nithyasumangali,’ which is in Tamil. Her other recent projects were ‘Adoorum Thoppilum Allathoru Bhasi,’ ‘Black Coffee,’ ‘Ulta,’ ‘Mohabattin Kunjabdulla’ and ‘Vazhutena.’
