After playing cop, Saiju Kurup turns burglar

After essaying the role of a policeman in Action Hero Biju, actor Saiju Kurup is all set to play the role of a master criminal in a high-tech heist in Sajid Yahiya's directorial debut, '

'I have always been a fan of heist movies and when Sajid told me about this character, I didn't think twice. My character's name is X. We are three high-tech thieves X, Y and Z. We make use of the latest technology for burglaries. It's going to be a great adrenaline-pumping role packed with a lot of action,' says Saiju.

The characters Y and Z will be enacted by Rani Padmini fame Suraj Harris and yesteryear actor Rajan P Dev's son Unni Rajan respectively.
Apart from IDI, Saiju will be seen in three other movies in different roles. However, the Aadu Oru Bheegara Jeeviyanu actor is most excited about playing father to award-winning child actress Baby Sara in Midhun Manuel Thomas' yet-to-be-titled movie.

'Sara essays the character of Ann Mary and I play her dad, Dr Roy. She is a fantastic actress. Like an experienced actor, she used to give me instructions and directions. We were all amazed by her performance,' says Saiju.
