Akshay Radhakrishnan on 'Neymar': The dog steals the show

Actor Akshay Radhakrishnan is all praise for the recent release ‘Neymar’. Directed by Sudhi Maddison, the film explores the beautiful bond between humans and dogs. The titular character Neymar, an indie dog has won hearts with his performance in the film.
Akshay Radhakrishnan, who is very fond of animals, especially dogs, recently watched the film and seems to have enjoyed the film.In his Instagram post, the ‘Pathinettam Padi’ actor said, “'Neymar', Sudhi Madisson's directorial debut break many stereotypes about indie dogs. Many people have a misconception that indie dogs can't be trained and their emotions can't be well captured through camera. But the subtle emotions that the dog played as Neymar expressed was captured at it's best. The actions of the dog is so natural, that all the people who have an indie can feel it very relatable. Hats off to the trainer of the dog.”
His note further reads, “Mathew and Naslen's bromance turned out well with the dog. In some portions they are upstaged by the trio of Vijayaraghavan, Johny Antony and Shammi Thilakan. The frames were made even colourful after reaching Pondicherry. And the music and background score sinks perfectly with the scenes. On the whole, the movie is a good visual retreat and family entertainer. Neymar the dog steals the show.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Akshay Radhakrishnan recently appeared in a music video titled ‘Rah Gayee Adhooree’, which is grabbing the attention of a young crowd.
