‘Amaran’ to ‘Premam’: Must watch films of Sai PallaviUploadSearch

From capturing the hearts of the audiences as Malar from the Malayalam film ‘Premam’ to the real-life character Indhu Rebecca Varghese, Sai Pallavi has breathed life into several characters within a short span. As Sai Pallavi's recent release ‘Amaran’ is striking gold at the box office, let’s take a look at some of her must-watch films.

2/5

‘Premam’

It’s indeed a blessing to get noticed in one of her early films as the character Malar in ‘Premam’ is still considered a ‘Crush’ for most youngsters. Not only with her looks, Sai Pallavi managed to pull off the character Malar effectively and effortlessly making everyone feel in love with the character. Although George and Malar’s love story has a tragic ending, it is surely one of the best and most relatable love stories ever written for cinema.

3/5

‘Fidaa’

‘Fidaa’ can be termed as one of the most loved dubbed films by Malayali audiences after the Allu Arjun films such as ‘Happy’, ‘Aarya’, and others. Although the movie falls under the cliche tale of a ‘boy meets a girl and both of them fall in love’, ‘Fidaa’ is surely entertaining to watch. All thanks to Sai Pallavi’s charming presence as the character Bhanumati. The movie directed by Sekhar Kammula has Varun Tej in the lead.

4/5

‘Kali’

After Nivin Pauly, Sai Pallavi made her second outing in the Malayalam film industry with Dulquer Salmaan for the film ‘Kali’. Directed by Sameer Thahir, ‘Kali’ tells the story of a young wife who has to deal with her short-tempered husband. The real plot kicks in when both of them get trapped in a local hotel at night, among a group of thugs. Apart from the underwhelming climax, ‘Kali’ is a must-watch for those who love intense thrillers.

5/5

‘Shyam Singha Roy’

The Nani starrer period film ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ may be too much boasting on supernatural and religious matters, but the film is surely watchable, especially for Sai Pallavi’s performance as the character named Maithreyi. The way she effortlessly steps into the character is surely a reference for those who want to pursue an acting career.
