Ann Sheetal joins Antony Varghese in Aaravam

After being part of Ishq last year, Ann Sheetal has signed her next in Malayalam that has Antony Varghese in the lead. The movie, titled

Aaravam

, is directed by

Nahas Hidayat

and it has gone on floors on March 8 at Panachipara in Poonjar.

On the movie, Nahas had earlier told us, “It’s a campus film that focuses on romance and has ‘mass’ elements. It’s different from the genres that Antony has done so far. He plays a college student. However, the story isn’t set in an urban college but in a Kottayam-based educational institution.”

The yet-to-be-titled movie is scripted by

Anil Narayanan

, who had earlier penned the scripts of Tharangam and Style. “The film is a full-on entertainer that also talks about the rivalry between two gangs and the problems that ensue,” said Nahas, who had earlier worked with director Basil Joseph in movies such as Godha.
